In the first game of yesterday's doubleheader, Atlanta C Chadwick Tromp doubled twice and drove in three runs to lead Atlanta to a 5-2 road victory.

Atlanta manager Brian Snitker has yet to name a starting pitcher for this game. The Braves have plenty of quality options on a staff that ranks seventh in the majors with a 3.68 team ERA.

The Miami Marlins have dropped seven of their previous ten games and have quickly faded in the NL postseason picture. During the second game of Saturday's doubleheader, Miami DH Jesus Aguilar hit his 15th home run of the season during a 6-2 home loss. A.J. Ladwig gave up four runs in three plus innings of relief for the Marlins, who fell to 50-64 on the year.

The Marlins will give the nod to twenty-five year old southpaw Braxton Garrett (2-6 4.02 ERA) on Sunday. Miami has lost Garrett’s last three starts and he has given up 10 runs over his last 15 plus frames.
