The Toronto Blue Jays have dropped four of their last five games and are also at .500 through their first 44 games. On Thursday. SP Aaron Sanchez (2-4) allowed four runs and struck out batters in just four innings of work. Kevin Pillar had two hits and scored a run for Toronto in a losing effort.
Thirty-four year old righty Marco Estrada (2-3 5.32 ERA) will get the nod for the Blue Jays on Friday. Estrada is winless in his last four starts and has allowed 13 runs over his last 22 innings of work.
