The right fielders in the majors are the ones that typically have the cannon to throw the runners out at the plate. That is one thing that the right fielder has going for them in almost all cases. However, one thing that the majors all have is the chance to get a right fielder that is able to come into the plate typically with the power to drive the ball out of the park. So who is the top right fielders in the majors this year.

Christian Yelich is one player that really looked good for the Brewers last year and should continue to make a difference. Yelich has an arm that tends to keep the opponents at bay, but can change the game with a swing. Yelich on the year last season hit at a clip of .329 with 44 homers and 97 runners brought home.

The Braves have a great right fielder in Ronald Acuna Jr. Granted, he is not nearly as good as what he could be, but he is definitely a player that can step up quite a bit more than what he did last year, which is scary for the Braves opponents. The Braves managed to get Acuna to hit at a clip of .280 with 41 homers and 101 RBIs on the year.

Jorge Soler is playing for the Royals and that is really what is helping to keep him out of the eye of the majors for the most part. The interesting part is the fact that Soler is one player that could really show up big and be potential trade bait even. Last year Soler hit at a clip of .265 with 48 homers and ended up bringing in 117 runners.

Aaron Judge needs to have a good season. He plays for the Yankees and could slide to the DH position if he is not in right. However, Judge needs to avoid the injury bug for him to really be seen as a good player. Last year Judge did not play as much, but still ended up hitting at a clip of .272 with 27 homers and 55 runners brought home on the year.

Bryce Harper rounds out the list of the top 5 right fielders in the majors. He is one player that could make the difference for the Phillies if he is able to continue to play at a high level all year. Harper last season for the Phillies ended up hitting at a clip of .260 with 35 homers and managed to bring home 114 runners.
