WVU at Oklahoma State 9/26/20 – College Football Picks & Predictions

West Virginia is coming into the game here unbeaten through their first game of the year. The Mountaineers in the opening game of the year completely dismantled the Eastern Kentucky team and looked like a threat for the Big 12 if they can keep playing good. The win ended up with a final score that ended up sitting at 56-10.

Jarret Doege looked impressive in the win for the Mountaineers with a great performance at quarterback. He went 19-25 for 228 yards and 3 touchdowns. The rushing offense for the Mountaineers was led by Alec Sinkfield who carried the ball 15 times for 123 yards, but also ended up with 2 touchdowns in the game.

Oklahoma State came into their first game ranked at 11th in the nation. The problem is the Tulsa team gave the Cowboys all that they could handle. In fact, the Cowboys almost lost the game as Tulsa played them extremely hard and help the Cowboys offense in check for almost the entire game. The Cowboys did win the game by a 16-7 score.

The Oklahoma offense was very weak in the passing attack with Shane Illingworth going 4-5 for 74 yards. The rushing offense was not much better and was led by Chuba Hubbard who carried the ball 27 times for 93 yards and a touchdown in the game.
