Defensively Florida Atlantic had one of their worst games of the season as Middle Tennessee had more than 600 total yards including 448 through the air to score 49 total points in the game. Offensively Florida Atlantic moved the ball well with 356 total yards to score 21 points but two turnovers led to the loss.
N’Kosi Perry completed 19 of 36 passes for 325 yards and one score and ran the ball 14 times for one touchdown as well. Larry McCammon led all ball carriers with 35 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries, while Jahmal Edrine added a team high 109 yards and one touchdown on six receptions.
