Kentucky is heading into the game with a little bit worse record than what the Hokies have with a record that is sitting at 7-5 on the year. The Wildcats did get a win in their last game which was the battle of Kentucky and saw the Wildcats crush Louisville by a score of 45-13.

When it came to scoring the Wildcats managed to get 26.3 points a game on the year. The Wildcats managed to get 117 yards a game in the air and relied on the rushing offense to get 274 yards a game. The defense for Kentucky has given up 18.4 points a game. The Wildcats have allowed 173 yards a game in the air and 149 yards per game on the ground.

    The Wildcats defense has been able to play decent on the year and will really put the Hokies under quite a bit of problems. Look for the Wildcats to come into the game here and play some great football, but play a little bit better on the offensive side than expected.
