UTEP at UAB 11/26/21 - College Football Picks & Predictions

UAB dropped to 7-4 overall and 5-2 in the Conference USA following a 34-31 loss to UTSA on Saturday. Quarterback Dylan Hopkins passed for 254 yards with two touchdowns and one interception and the UAB offense gained 474 yards of total offense. The Blazers allowed UTSA 375 yards of total offense.

Dylan Hawkins has passed for 1,977 yards with 13 touchdowns and five interceptions. The leading rusher is DeWayne McBride with 1,089 yards and 11 touchdowns, while the leading receiver is Trea Shropshire with 670 yards and six touchdown receptions. On defense, linebacker Noah Wilder is the leading tackler with 72 and linebacker Alex Wright is the leader in quarterback sacks with 4.5.

UAB bounces back with a strong effort on Saturday for a victory at home over UTEP. UAB has covered the number in five of its last six and in seven of the last eight played against an opponent from the Conference USA.
