Jason Shelley rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown for the Utes, who scored 21 unanswered points in the fourth quarter.

Through twelve games, Utah ranks 61st in total offense and is scoring 30.8 points on average. Washington features a talented defense that allows just 311 yards and 16.5 points per game. The 16th ranked Washington Huskies started the season with a loss against Auburn, but rallied to win nine games overall. On Friday, Washington clinched the Pac 12 North Division with a 28-15 road triumph over Washington State during a snowy Apple Cup. Myles Gaskin rushed for 170 yards and three touchdowns fo the Huskies, who out-gained the Cougars by a 487-237 margin on the night.

For the season, Washington ranks 51st in total offense and is scoring 28.0 points per contest. Utah owns an underrated defense than ranks 15th in the country in yards allowed and gives allows 19.3 points per game.

Washington has won 11 of the 12 all-time meetings in this series and took care of Utah by a 21-7 final score in Provo earlier this season.
