The Utah Utes visit Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Arizona on Saturday to play the Arizona Wildcats. Utah improved to 6-3 overall and 5-1 in the Pac-12 following a 52-7 thrashing of Stanford on Friday night. Utah gained 581 yards and the Utes defense held Stanford to 167 yards of total offense and forced two Cardinal turnovers. Utah is first in the South division of the Pac-12.

Arizona improved to 1-8 overall and 1-5 in the Pac-12 following a 10-3 victory over the California Golden Bears on Saturday. Quarterback Will Plummer passed for 129 yards and was intercepted twice and Plummer led all Arizona rushers with 68 yards, while Michael Wiley rushed for 37 yards and one touchdown. The leading receiver was Dorian Singer with 46 yards. Arizona held California to only 122 yards of total offense.

Arizona picked up its first victory of the season on Saturday when defeating California 10-3, but will be facing a much tougher Utah offense that is scoring an average of 35.7 points per game. In addition Utah's defense is much tougher than California's as the Utes are allowing an average of only 23.2 points per game. Arizona struggles putting points on the board as the Wildcats are scoring an average of only 16.0 points per game and the defense allows 28.6 points per game.
