The USC Trojans will take on the Iowa Hawkeyes in San Diego in Holiday Bowl. The Trojans finished the season as the #22 ranked team in the nation. USC went 8-4 and finished 2nd in the Pac-12 South. The Trojans head into the Holiday Bowl riding a three game win streak.

USC may be listed as the visiting team in this game but they will be the heavy home team as this game is played in their backyard. The Trojans scored a combined 93 points through their last two games. QB Kedon Slovis has 8 touchdowns in the last two games with no interceptions.

The Iowa Hawkeyes also roll into the Holiday Bowl riding a three game win streak. The Hawkeyes finished the season with a 9-3 record and 3rd in the Big Ten West. Iowa is ranked 16th in the country and a small favorite in this game. The Hawkeyes went 3-2 when playing away from home this season.

Iowa beat Nebraska 27-24 in their last game of the season. QB Nate Stanley has not thrown a touchdown in two straight games but has thrown an interception in each. Running back Tyler Goodson has rushed for a touchdown in three straight games heading into the Holiday Bowl.

Grab the Trojans getting free points as they Hawkeyes have covered the spread in just four of their last ten games. The Trojans are 6-2-1 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. USC will have too much offensive fire power for Iowa to keep up with. If Iowa cannot throw touchdowns things could get ugly. Final Score Prediction, Iowa Hawkeyes win but, the USC Trojans cover ATS 28-27.
