UAB is going to face UTSA on the road in this game. However, the Blazers are not going to be the team that is not expected to win, even as they are playing on the road which is usually hard for a lot of teams to do. What is equally impressive is just how dominate of a defense the Blazers have had on the year so far and that will definitely give them a lot of confidence heading into this game against an offense that has struggled all year long.
With the Blazers they have been consistent on the offensive side of the ball scoring 25.8 points per game. The team has managed to average right around the 376 yard mark of offense per game. The defense for the Blazers is not that bad giving up under 16 points a game on the year. The defense has given up under 270 yards a game of offense.
The Roadrunners would like to forget about this season as they have really struggled a lot on the year. However, the Roadrunners were able to put together a very impressive game against UTEP and would like to continue to play at the same level they were in that game, but it was a game that saw a lot of the players putting together a tremendous effort on the day.
For the Roadrunners the offense has not really been that impressive as they have managed to score right around the 16 point per game average. The offense for the Roadrunners has been able to get around 330 yards a game total. The defense is horrible for the UTSA squad as they are giving up just under 37 points per game, but have allowed the opponents to get a total of almost 404 yards a game against them.
