Our two-team college football parlay for Thursday features the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs visiting the North Texas Mean Green in a Conference-USA clash and the Air Force Falcons visiting the Utah State Aggies in a Mountain West Conference showdown.

LouisianaTech Bulldogs at North Texas Mean Green: LT -1.5; Total 66

Louisiana Tech is 4-3 and coming off a 37-34 overtime victory over UAB after losing each of its previous two to Marshall and UTSA. This season Louisiana Tech is 3-4 ATS and 1-2 ATS on the road. The Bulldogs are allowing 32.3 points per game and scoring exactly two points fewer with an average of 30.3 points per game. Louisiana Tech’s running game is weak with an average of just 92.0 yards per game. North Texas was defeated by UTSA in its most recent outing 52-35, which snapped a two-game winning streak for the Mean Green.North Texas is 3-4 ATS overall and 2-3 ATS at home. The Mean Green are allowing an average of 41.0 points per game and scoring an average of 34.3 points per game. North Texas has a powerful running game averaging 246.9 yards per game which is 10th in the country and its passing game is averaging 290.0 points per game which is 22nd in the nation. However the defense is giving up the fifth most points per game in the country at 41.0. Nevertheless, take the points and the home dog.

Air Force Falcons at Utah State Aggies: AFA -11.5 ; Total 51

Air Force is 2-2 following its 28-0 victory over New Mexico its last time out. The Falcons have not played for two weeks after having their matchup with Colorado State cancelled. The triple option offense for the Air Force has been very successful this season leading the country in rushing with an average of 336.5 yards per game. The Falcons will be up against a Utah State defense that is giving up 202.3 yards per game rushing and allowed 196 yards rushing to New Mexico last week. Utah defeated New Mexico in its last outing, but lost each of its first four games before defeating the Lobos. Utah cut loose quarterback Jason Shelley after the signal-caller violated team rules, but replacement Andrew Peasley came up big throwing for 239 yards and three touchdowns to help defeat the Lobos. Peasley also rushed for 118 yards and one touchdown. However, Utah State will be facing a defense that ranks 18th in total yards allowed and is giving up only 18.3 points per game. The Air Force offense will score too many points on the ground for Utah State's offense to keep pace. Lay the points and take the road chalk.
