SMU Mustangs at Tulane Green Wave: SMU -6.5; Total 64.5

SMU is off to an excellent start winning each of its first four games and is averaging 601 yards of total offense per game, which leads the nation, while scoring an average of 44.0 points per game which is No. 5 in the nation. Quarterback Shane Buechele has thrown for 1326 yards and 10 touchdowns completing 68.6% of his passes. The Mustangs will be facing a weak Tulane pass defense that is allowing an average of 271.2 yards per game and 9.0 yards per pass completion. Tulane does not have the offensive power SMU possesses. The Green Wave is averaging just 327 yards per game. Tulane will also be without running backs Tyjae Spears and Corey Dauphine, who are both out injured. In addition, Tulane has failed to cover the number in five of its last seven when tagged as the underdog. Lay the points and take the road chalk as SMU wins and covers easily.

1st Part of College Football Parlay: SMU Mustangs -6.5

BYU Cougars at Houston Cougars: BYU -4.5; Total 62.5

Two undefeated teams clash on Friday when the BYU Cougars visit the Houston Cougars. BYU has climbed the rankings to No. 15 thanks in a big part to quarterback Zach Wilson who has passed for 1,241 yards with eight touchdowns and just one interception. Wilson's two favorite targets this season have been Gunner Romney and Dax Milne.  BYU blew out its first three opponents but escaped with a victory last Saturday when defeating UTSA 27-20 after not playing well. BYU is scoring an average of 43.8 points per game which is sixth in the nation and allowing just 11.0 points per game which is fourth in the nation. Houston has played just one game and defeated Tulane 49-31 and although Houston scored seven touchdowns the Cougars also turned the ball over five times. Houston wide receiver Marquez Stevenson caught one touchdown pass for 41 yards and returned a kickoff 97 yards for a touchdown. Stevenson will easily be the most  dangerous and fastest player on the field for either team. BYU has failed to cover the number in each of its last four following a loss ATS. Take the points and the home dog to cover. BYU wins on the road but falls short ATS.

2nd Part of College Football Parlay: Houston Cougars +4.5
