Tulane Green at Memphis 11/27/21 - College Football Picks & Predictions

The Tulane Green Wave will visit Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium for a season finale against the Memphis Tigers. Tulane comes into this game 2-9 on the year after a 31 point win against South Florida ended an 8 game losing streak a week ago. Offensively Tulane exploded against South Florida compiling 501 total yards as 311 yards came through the air to score 45 total points in the game. Quarterback Michael Pratt played great against South Florida completing 19 of 24 passes for 311 yards and three scores.

Tyjae Spears led  the way for the Green Wave rushing attack with the 111 yards and two scores on 13 carries, while Cameron Caroll added 17 yards and one touchdown on 6 carries. Shae Wyatt Let all Tulane receivers with 89 yards on four catches. Jaetavian Toles and Tyrick James combined for 92 yards and four catches with one touchdown each.

The Memphis Tigers are 5-6 on the year after losing three of the last five games played including two in a row to put their bowl chances in jeopardy. Defensively Memphis could not hang with Houston a week ago as the Cougars posted 461 total yards and 31 points against a lackluster Memphis defense. JJ Russell posted a team high 9 tackles, while Rodney Owens chipped in with eight.

Quarterback Seth Henigam led the Memphis offense completing 21 of 45 passes for 208 yards and one touchdown, while adding 20 yards rushing on 7 carries. Calvin Austin III led the way for the receivers with 103 yards on five catches as Sean Dykes added five catches for 20 yards as well.
