Toledo at Colorado State 9/21/19 - College Football Picks & Predictions

On Saturday, the Toledo Rockets visit Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins, Colorado to play the Colorado State Rams. The Rockets improved to 1-1 on the season following a 45-0 rout of Murray State.
