North Carolina had two 1,000-yard rushers as Michael Carter rushed for 1,245 yards and Javonte Williams rushed for 1,140 yards and the two combined to score 28 touchdowns. Dyami Brown was the leading receiver for North Carolina with 1,099 yards and eight touchdown receptions. On defense, linebacker Chazz Surratt was the leading tackler with 91 and tied with linebacker Tomon Fox in quarterback sacks with 6.0 each.
