Purdue got on the winning track last week after having lost its opener. The Boilermakers have a more potent offense this year and host TCU before opening Big Ten play the following week. Purdue lost a close one in Nevada by three before beating Vanderbilt 42-24 last week. TCU is in rebuilding mode to some extent. The Frogs played two quarterbacks in its only game thus far -- an easy win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

Last weekend Purdue's Elijah Sindelar passed for 509 yards and five touchdowns against Vanderbilt. Rondale Moore caught 13 passes for 220 yards. Purdue is averaging 466 yards passing and 63 rushing. The Boilermakers are giving up 357 through the air and holding opponents to 90 on the ground.

TCU has had just one game. In that one, it had 284 passing and 200 rushing. The Horned Frogs gave up 114 passing and 100 rushing.

Through two games Sindelar has thrown for 934 yards, nine touchdowns, and three interceptions. he is completing 65 percent of his passes. Purdue has 127 yards rushing as a team through two games and is averaging 2.7 yards per run. Zander Horvath has 81 yards running. Sindelar has Purdue's only rushing touchdown thus far.

Alex Delton started for TCU and passed or 119 yards. Max Duggan threw for 165 yards and a touchdown. Duggan completed 70 percent of his passes while Delton completed 45 percent. Delton led all rushers with 67 yards on seven carries. Sewo Olonilua had 51 yards rushing.

Should be great non conference match-up but what looks like mostly even match-up on paper really comes down to the home field advantage. The Purdue offense has slight offensive edge and think that is difference as Coach Brohm explosive offense is too much for TCU this week. Final Score Prediction, Purdue Boilermakers win and cover ATS 30-24.
