A Big 12 Conference showdown will take place on Saturday night, when the TCU Horned Frogs invade Memorial Stadium to take on the Oklahoma Sooners. The Horned Frogs have split their ten games this season and need one more victory to become bowl eligible. On Saturday, TCU raced out to a 17-point lead after one quarter and held on to score a 33-31 road victory against Texas Tech.

Freshman QB Max Duggan completed 25 of his 42 passes for 323 yards and two touchdowns. Taye Barber hauled in eight passes for 137 yards for the Horned Frogs.

The Oklahoma Sooners have won nine of their ten games, but have issues on a defense that make them a less than desirable College Football Playoff team. On Saturday, Oklahoma rallied from a 25-point deficit to score an improbable 34-31 road victory against Baylor. The Sooners outgained the Bears by a 525-307 margin and overcame three turnovers.

Heisman Trophy candidate Jalen Hurts threw for 297 yards and four touchdowns, while adding 114 yards on the ground. Oklahoma K Gabe Brkic nailed a 31-yard field goal with 1:45 remaining for the final margin.

Oklahoma has won five straight games in this series by an average margin of 15 points. The Sooners have allowed 120 points over their last three games and have not covered in each. Take TCU and the points as the Sooners defense continues to struggle. Final Score Prediction, Oklahoma Sooners win but fall short ATS 35-28.
