The Baylor Bears need to win one of its last two games to get bowl eligible, and that starts this weekend when the Bears host TCU. Baylor (5-5) is 3-0 against Big 12 teams at home, and its lasts two are at home. TCU is 4-6 and is coming off a blowout loss at West Virginia.

Both teams have given up more points than they have scored this year. Baylor is averaging 29.7 and giving up 33.4. TCU is averaging 24.9 and giving up 26.

The Bears are led by Charlie Brewer who has passed for 2164 yards, 14 touchdowns and six interceptions. JaMycal Hasty has rushed for 376 yards and John Lovett has run for 366. Brewer has run for 223 and four more touchdowns. Jalen Hurd has 837 yards receiving and 205 rushing, accounting for seven touchdowns. Michael Collins has taken over quarterback duties in recent weeks, and has passed for 1045 yards, six touchdowns and two interceptions. Darius Anderson has run for 549 yards for TCU an three touchdown. The Horned Frogs have 11 rushing touchdowns this season and are averaging 3.9 yards per run. jalen Reagor has 884 yards receiving and seven of the team's 15 passing touchdowns. KaVontae Turpin has 410 yards receiving and three touchdown catches.

This is one of the oldest football rivalries in the Big 12, with TCU holding a 54-52-7 all time edge. The Horned Frogs have won the last three. TCU has won five of the last eight.

Just not the typical TCU team and Coach Patterson has not been able to pull any magic as Horned Frogs look destined to miss bowl season this year.
