Oregon State at Utah 10/1/22 - College Football Picks & Predictions

In Saturday afternoon college football action, the Oregon State Beavers will visit Rice-Eccles Stadium to take on the Utah Utes. The Beavers (3-1) featured a balanced offensive attack and are averaging 37.8 points per game. Last week, Oregon State surrendered a touchdown pass with 73 seconds remaining during a 17-14 home loss versus USC.

Oregon State took a 14-10 lead with less than five minutes remaining on a Jam Griffin 18 yard touchdown run. QB Chance Nolan threw for 167 yards and was intercepted four times in a losing effort for the Beavers.

The Utah Utes stumbled in their season opener at Florida and are expected to be the class of the Pac 12 Conference. On Saturday, built an 18-point halftime lead and cruised to a 34-13 road victory against Arizona State. The Utes (3-1) outgained the Sun Devils by nearly 200 yards and forced three turnovers. 

Dalton Kincaid caught first quarter touchdown passes of 29 and six yards to stake Utah to a 14-0 cushion after one quarter. Jaylen Dixon’s 11 yard touchdown run gave the Utes a 31-6 advantage.
