Allegiant Stadium will be the scene for the Pac 12 Conference Championship game on Friday night between the Oregon Ducks and the Utah Utes. The 11th ranked Ducks (10-2) rank 18th nationally in rushing offense (214 ypg) and are allowing 24.4 points per contest. On Saturday, Oregon built a 21-point halftime lead and held on for a 38-29 home victory versus Oregon State.

Oregon QB Anthony Brown completed 23 of 28 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns. Travis Dye contributed 99 rushing yards and two scored for the Ducks.

The Utah Utes started the season off with losses in two of their first three games, but have been flying high after switching to starting QB Cameron Rising. On Saturday, Utah limited Colorado to 148 yards of total offense during a 28-13 home victory. The 19th ranked Utes rushed for 265 yards on 45 carried and possessed the ball for 34 plus minutes.

Utah RB Tavion Thomas carried the offensive load with 142 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. Cameron Rising threw for 179 yards and three touchdowns for the Utes.

Utah dominated the meeting during the regular season by a 38-7 final score. The Ducks will surely be motivated to make amends for that performance and I like their chances to pull off the upset. Final Score Prediction, Oregon Ducks win 30-27.
