Ole Miss at Texas A&M 10/29/22 - College Football Picks & Predictions

The Ole Miss Rebels will continue an SEC road trip this week as they travel to College Station, TX to take on the Texas A&M Aggies. Ole Miss comes into this week ranked #15 in the nation following their first loss of the season to LSU on Saturday. Defensively Ole Miss was obliterated as LSU accumulated 500 total yards including 252 on the ground to score 45 points in the game following a 28 point second half. Offensively Ole Miss moved the ball well compiling more than 400 yards to score 20 points in the game, but one turnover and no second-half points led to the loss.

Jaxson Dart struggled immensely under center for Ole Miss completing only 19 to 34 passes for 283 yards and one score and ran the ball 10 times for seven yards. Quinshon Judkins led all ball carriers for the Rebels with 111 yards and two scores on 25 carries, while Malik Heath led the way with 145 yards on 8 receptions.

The Texas A& M Aggies return home this week one game below .500 on the year riding a 3 game skid after a 6 point loss against South Carolina. Offensively Texas A&M controlled the game with nearly 400 yards of offense to score 24 points in the game but scored only 10 points in the second half and turned the ball over twice leading to the loss.

Haynes King orchestrated the Texas A&M offense completing 17 of 32 passes for 178 yards and one score, while Conner Weigman completed eight passes for 91 yards as well. Devon Achane led all ball carriers for Texas A&M with 99 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries and Evan Stewart posted a team high 87 yards on six receptions. Max Wright chipped into the Texas A&M offense with 21 yards and one touchdown on two receptions.
