Alabama overcame a 14-point second half deficit to beat Georgia 35-28 in the SEC title game to improve its record to 13-0. The Crimson Tide’s star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa hurt his ankle during the second half and was replaced by Jalen Hurts who led the Alabama comeback by throwing for one touchdown and running for another. Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray has thrown for 4,053 yards, 40 touchdowns and seven interceptions. The leading rusher for the Sooners is Kennedy Brooks with 1,021 yards and 12 touchdowns. The leading receiver for Oklahoma is Marquise Brown with 75 receptions for 1,318 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has thrown for 3,353 yards, 37 touchdowns and four interceptions. The leading rusher for the Crimson Tide is Damien Harris with 771 yards and seven touchdowns. Josh Jacobs has just 495 yards rushing but has scored 11 rushing TDs. The leading receiver for the Tide is Jerry Jeudy with 59 receptions for 1,103 yards and 12 touchdowns.

While the Alabama defense will be tested in this game like no other this season by Kyler Murray and the Sooners offense, the Sooners defense will have a hard time keeping Alabama from scoring on every possession.
