Oklahoma Sooners 2020 - College Football Win Total Odds, Picks & Predictions

The Oklahoma Sooners are once again favored to win the Big 12 Conference title and oddsmakers have given Oklahoma a 10.5 win total for 2020 . The Sooners have finished 12-2 in each of the past three seasons under head coach Lincoln Riley but this year a new signal-caller is under center and wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is no longer at Oklahoma as he now will suit up in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys. In addition, Oklahoma lost three of its defensive starters as each of the three are now in the NFL.

Spencer Rattler is expected to be the starting quarterback but will be pushed by Tanner Mordecai. Both could see action early to determine who will lead the Sooners. Five starters return for the Sooners on the offensive line as well as running back Kennedy Brooks who has run for over 1,000 yards in each of the last two seasons. Wide receiver Charleston Rambo is expected to have a breakout year and therefore it is no surprise the Sooners are expected to win their sixth straight Big 12 title.

Oklahoma will have a tough test in week 2 at home against Tennessee, which will give an early test to both Rattler and Mordecai. The Sooners open Big 12 Conference play against Baylor followed by a test on the road against the Texas Longhorns. In addition, the Sooners will play Big 12 Road games against Ohio State, West Virginia, Texas Tech and TCU.

Besides playing on the road against Texas, the Sooners biggest challenge away from home could be against Iowa State. The Cyclones own the best defense in the conference and will test the Oklahoma offense. West Virginia has never defeated Oklahoma at home in Morgantown and Texas Tech and TCU are not expected to give the Sooners any problems even though Oklahoma will be playing on the road.
