Oklahoma at UCLA 9/14/19 - College Football Picks & Predictions

The No. 5 ranked Oklahoma Sooners visit the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on Saturday to play the UCLA Bruins. Oklahoma defeated South Dakota on Saturday 70-14 to improve to 2-0 on the season. Jalen Hurts threw for 253 yards and three touchdowns while playing just two-plus quarters in the lopsided rout by the Sooners. Oklahoma is tied for third in scoring with an average of 59.5 points per game.

UCLA fell to 0-2 on the season after falling to the San Diego State Aztecs on Saturday 23-14. The loss was the first for UCLA against SDSU in 23 games. Dorian Thompson-Robinson threw a 20-yard touchdown pass in the loss, but fumbled deep in UCLA territory after being sacked. The fumble recovery led to an Aztecs’ touchdown. Thompson-Robinson passed for 191 yards and one TD in the loss.

Jalen Hurts leads the Sooners in passing with 591 yards and six touchdowns, as well as in rushing with 223 yards on 24 carries and three touchdowns. Trey Sermon has 20 carries for 147 yards and one touchdown. CeeDee Lamb leads all Sooners’ receivers with eight receptions for 190 yards and two touchdowns, while Charleston Rambo has six receptions for 135 yards and two TDs.
