Ohio State vs Northwestern Picks and Prediction – 11/16/2024

The Northwestern Wildcats have dropped four of their first six Big Ten conference games and need wins in two of their final three games to become bowl eligible. The Wildcats (4-5) rank last in the conference in total offense and are averaging a shade below 20 points per contest. Last time out, RB Joseph Himon II caught a 22-yard touchdown in overtime to lift Northwestern to a 26-20 road victory against Purdue.

Himon II added a game-high 78 rushing yards and a long touchdown run that gave Northwestern a 10-3 lead after one quarter. WR Cam Porter scored a one-yard touchdown run and caught eight passes for 85 yards. Northwestern racked up 424 yards of total offense and possessed the ball for 35 minutes. 

Ohio State is riding a ten-game winning streak against Northwestern and won the most recent meeting by a 21-7 score.
