On Saturday, the Navy Midshipmen visit Chapman Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma to play the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. Navy defeated Air Force 34-25 on Saturday to improve to 3-1 on the season. Midshipmen quarterback Malcolm Perry rushed for a touchdown from four yards out with just 23 seconds left in the game to give Navy a victory over Air Force. Navy recovered a fumble and ran it in for a touchdown with seconds remaining to seal the win.
Tulsa fell to 2-3 on the season following its 43-37 triple overtime loss to SMU. The Golden Hurricane were outscored 13-7 in OT. Tulsa squandered a 21-point lead during the fourth quarter allowing the Mustangs to convert six fourth downs. The Golden Hurricane led 23-9 at the half on the road and could not make it stand up over the final two quarters.
