While the OVER is a solid choice in this matchup, the play is Navy. The Midshipmen have not played for three weeks, but the running game for Navy will move the ball up and down the field the entire game allowing the Midshipmen to put plenty of points on the board and easily defeat the Bulls. Navy has covered the number in 14 of its last 20 overall, while South Florida has lost each of its last seven straight up and four of its last five SU at home. Final Score Prediction, Navy Midshipmen win and cover ATS 42-21.
