Navy will get the better of East Carolina on the road Saturday, but the play here is the OVER. The OVER has cashed in eight of East Carolina's last nine games overall as well as in eight of the last nine games that the Pirates have played on a Saturday. In addition, the strong running game of Navy has helped the OVER cash in 10 of the last 14 games for the Midshipmen and in six of the last seven played during the month of October. Final Score Prediction, Navy Midshipmen win but our best play is OVER 32-27.
