The Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl will feature a matchup between the Missouri Tigers and the Army Black Knights from Amon G. Carter Stadium. The Tigers (6-6) lost five of their eight SEC Conference games and are surrendering 34.7 points on average. Last time out, Missouri allowed Arkansas to gain 425 yards of total offense during a 34-17 road loss.

Missouri RB Tyler Badie rushed for 219 yards on 41 carries and found the end zone from five yards out. Harrison Mevis added three field goals of 40 plus yards for the Tigers.

The Army Black Knights started the season off on a four-game winning streak and rank second nationally in rushing offense (286.4 ypg). In their regular season finale, Army was limited to 124 rushing yards on 33 attempts during a 17-13 loss versus Navy. The Black Knights (8-4) allowed the Midshipmen to rush for 196 yards and possess the ball for 34 plus minutes.

QB Christian Anderson put Army on the scoreboard first with a 56-yard touchdown run. Cole Talley added two field goals in a losing effort for the Black Knights.

These two teams have not met in close to three decades and Missouri holds a 3-1 series edge. Army usually has an advantage with their triple-option attack, but Missouri has plenty of time to prepare. Take the Tigers to win as a small moneyline underdog. Final Score Prediction, Missouri Tigers win 31-28.
