Purdue lost its second straight to open the season on Saturday falling to Eastern Michigan 20-19. The Boilermaker led the game 19-17, but just before time expired the Eagles place kicker booted a field goal to win the game. Purdue head coach Jeff Brohm chastised his team for doing stupid things during key moments of both games this season. D.J. Knox rushed for 152 yards for the Tigers in the loss.
