Miami RedHawks at Ohio Bobcats 11/6/19 - College Football Picks & Predictions

The Miami Redhawks are sitting on a 4-4 record, but when it comes to conference play the Redhawks have a 3-1 record and have looked really strong. The last game the Redhawks played was a victory before Halloween which saw the Redhawks put in23 points and only allowed Kent State to score 16 points.

The Redhawks on the year have managed to score at a clip of 22.5 points per game. The Redhhawks have managed to thrown the ball for 172.4 yards per game, but have ran the ball for only 124.1 yards a game. The defense for Miami is giving up 33 points a game, but have allowed 211.3 yards a game in the air and 184 yards a game on the ground.

The Bobcats are heading into the game with the same 4-4 overall record, but what is really interesting is the Bobcats have a 3-1 conference record as well. In the last game the Bobcats faced the Ball State team and ended up winning the game by a score of 34-21.

With the Bobcats the offense has ended up getting 30.4 points per game this year. The Bobcats have thrown the ball for 218.1 yards a game, but have rushed the ball for 193.5 yards per game. The defense for the Bobcats is better than the Redhawks giving up only 29.5 points per game, but have allowed 241.4 yards a game in the air with 205 yards a game on the ground.

While the Redhawks definitely have a chance in this game, the fact that the Redhawks defense is playing worse than the Bobcat and the offense is not keeping up with the Bobcats either in the terms of averages definitely makes it hard to consider the Redhawks a winner in this game. Not to mention, the Bobcats defense has taken the bend, but don’t break mentality which helps the Bobcats here. Final Score, Ohio Bobcats win and cover ATS 34-21.
