Mark Stoops will be looking to rebuild this year with a limited number of returning starters. The Wildcats finished last year with a 5-6 record overall. The Wildcats are barely bringing back any starters from last year with 5 on the offensive side of the ball, but 4 of them coming back defensively.
The scoring for the Wildcats last year ended up coming in at 21.8 points per game. The passing offense gained a total of 122 yards per game, but the Wildcats ran the ball for 197 yards per game. The defense for Kentucky allowed 25.9 points per game. The passing defense allowed 225 yards per game, but the rushing defense gave up 156 yards per game.
