Louisiana at Georgia State 9/19/20 - College Football Picks & Predictions

In Saturday afternoon college football action, the 19th ranked Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns will travel to Center Parc Stadium to take on the Georgia State Panthers. On Saturday, Louisiana outscored 23rd ranked Iowa State by 21 points in the second half to rally for a 31-14 road triumph. The Ragin’ Cajuns scored on two long kick returns on the afternoon.

Sophomore WR Peter LeBlanc led Louisiana on offense with five catches for 82 yards and a touchdown. Senior RB added 49 yards and a score on 14 carries for the Ragin’ Cajuns.

The Georgia State Panthers won six of their first eight games in 2019, but faded late with losses in four of their final five games. Georgia State qualified for a bowl, falling to Wyoming by a 38-17 final score in the Arizona Bowl. The primary goal for the offense will be replacing QB Dan Ellington, who led the Panthers to score 38 points or more in four of their first eight games.

No matter who takes the snaps for Georgia State will most likely look for WR Cornelius McCoy , who caught 70 passes for 757 yards a season ago. The offensive line is talented and has four starters returning.
