Kentucky at Tennessee 10/17/20 - College Football Picks & Predictions

An SEC Conference showdown will take place on Saturday afternoon, when the Kentucky Wildcats travel to Neyland Stadium to face the Tennessee Volunteers. The Wildcats have dropped two of their first three games, but could easily be 3-0. On Saturday night, Kentucky forced six turnovers on their way to a 24-2 home victory versus Mississippi State.

Kentucky WR Keaton Upshaw caught a 12 yard pass from Terry Wilson in the second quarter to start the scoring. Wilson added 50 yards on the ground for the Wildcats.

The Tennessee Volunteers have won two of their first three games and are one of the most improved teams in the country. On Saturday, Tennessee led by four points at halftime before falling apart during the second half of a 44-21 road loss against third-ranked Georgia. The Volunteers were limited to negative one rushing yards and turned the ball over three times in defeat.

Josh Palmer was the offensive star for Tennessee, finishing with 71 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Senior QB Jarrett Guarantano threw for 215 yards and two scores for the Volunteers.

This has been a one-sided rivalry, with Tennessee holding an 81-25 all-time record and Kentucky has won just twice since 1984. Both teams are solid defensively and will try to establish the run. Take the under on Saturday as both defenses rule the day. Final Score Prediction, Tennessee Volunteers win but our best bet is taking the under total 24-19.
