The Florida Gators return home this week with three wins and three losses on the year after a narrow 6 point road loss in overtime against Tennessee last week. Offensively Florida had one of their better games of the season against Tennessee scoring 17 points on 361 yards but failed to score in overtime resulting in the loss. Defensively Florida was outmatched giving up 23 points on 312 total yards including the six points Tennessee scored in overtime.

Graham Mertz carried the load for the Florida offense completing 11 passes for 125 yards and one score in the game period DJ Langway came on to complete 9 passes for 98 yards and one touchdown as well. Montrell Johnson Jr. was the top ball carrier with 85 yards on 12 carries. Chimere Dike led the team with 76 yards and one score on 4 receptions. Arlis Boardingham chipped in three catches for 40 yards and one touchdown as well.

Both teams had their issues this season, but Florida will have the edge in this matchup. Florida is playing much better now than when they than they were when they started the season.
