On Saturday, Wisconsin faced their biggest challenge to date and prevailed with a 24-15 home victory versus Northwestern. Heisman Trophy candidate Jonathan Taylor rushed for 119 yards and a touchdown for the Badgers.
Wisconsin was outgained by a 255-243 margin and managed just 3.6 yards per carry. The defense scored two touchdowns and limited the Wildcats to 5-for-20 on third down conversions.
