Nissan Stadium will play host to the TransPerfect Music City Bowl between the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Missouri Tigers on Wednesday night. The 15th ranked Hawkeyes lost consecutive games to start the season, but rallied for six straight victories and are allowing just 16 points on average. Last time out, Iowa limited Wisconsin to 225 yards of total offense and forced two turnovers during a 28-7 home victory.

Iowa WR Ihmir Smith-Marsette caught two second half touchdowns passes from Spencer Petras. Tyler Goodson added an 80-yard fourth quarter touchdown run to seal the game for the Hawkeyes.

The Missouri Tigers split their ten SEC Conference games for first-year head coach Eli Drinkwitz and rank 32nd in the country in passing offense (266.8 ypg). In their final regular season game, Missouri trailed by 17 points at halftime of a 51-32 loss at Mississippi State. The Tigers were outgained by a 446-342 margin and turned the ball over four times.

Missouri freshman QB Connor Bazelak was responsible for three interceptions and finished the day with 225 passing yards. Larry Roundtree III rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries.
