Iowa vs Penn State Picks and Prediction – 9/23/2023

The Iowa Hawkeyes take a road trip this week to University Park, PA for a matchup with the Penn State Nittany Lions. Leshon Williams led all ball carriers with 145 yards on 12 carries, while Kamari Moulton chipped in 50 yards and two scores on 8 carries.

The Penn State NIttany Lions return home this week undefeated through three games and ranked number seven in the country. Defensively Penn State has been fantastic through the first three weeks allowing just 11.6 points on 267.3 yards per game. Offensively the Penn State Nittany Lions have been just as good as their defense averaging 43.6 points per game on nearly 468 yards of offense.

Drew Allar is the offensive leader for Penn State this year 737 yards and four scores on 59 completions. Kaytron Allen has been the best ball carrier on the team with 208 yards and two touchdowns on 42 carries. Nicholas Singleton has chipped in 154 yards and five scores on 36 carries, while Beau Pribula has chipped in 111 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries.
