The Rainbow Warriors season last year only managed to get 9 games in on their schedule. However, the Warriors ended up p posting a 5-4 record overall, but in the Mountain West the Warriors went 4-4. The Warriors did end up recording a win in their New Mexico Bowl game over Houston. The offense for Hawaii is bringing back 8 starters. The defense for Hawaii brings back a total of 10 starters.
When it came to offensive production last year the Warriors were able to get a total of 26.2 points per game. The ground game picked up 152 yards a game and the aerial attack ended up with 231 yards per game. Defensively the Warriors allowed 27.6 points per game. The rushing defense was horrible giving up 211 yards per game, but the passsing defense was not much better giving up 197 yards per game.
The Bruins like most of the Pac12 teams last year had a shorter season. The Bruins ended up posting a 3-4 season overall, but that was also the same in the conference play as well. The last game for the Bruins ended up being a heart breaking overtime loss to Stanford by a score of 48-47. The Bruins offense is bringing back 9 starters and the defense is bringing back 10 starters.
Scoring last season for UCLA ended up doing good with 35.4 points per game. The Bruins ran the ball for 231 yards per game and threw the ball for a decent 224 yards per game. Defensively was the issue for UCLA who allowed 30.7 points per game. The passing defense gave up 274 yards per game, but the rushing defense allowed only 136 yards per game.
