Hawaii quarterback Cole McDonald has thrown for 2,100 yards, 24 touchdowns and two interceptions, while rushing for 227 yards and two touchdowns. Fred Holly III leads all rushers for the Rainbow Warriors with 340 yards and four touchdowns. John Ursua has caught 55 passes for 801 yards and 12 touchdowns.

BYU quarterback Tanner Magnum has thrown for 1,042 yards, five touchdowns and three interceptions. Squally Canada leads all BYU rushers with 334 yards and five touchdowns, while Lopini Katoa has rushed for 180 yards and three touchdowns. Matt Bushman leads the Cougars with 10 receptions for 187 yards and one touchdown. Aleva Hifo has fewer yards at 180 but more receptions with 18.
