Two teams ranked in the top 10 meet at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Saturday when the No. 10 ranked Florida Gators visit the No. 5 ranked LSU Tigers. Florida improved to 6-0 on the season with an impressive 24-13 victory over Auburn. The Gators’ Lamical Perine rushed for 88 yards to pay dirt in the fourth quarter and the Gators’ defense played another superb game to help lead Florida to the win at the Swamp.
LSU is a perfect 5-0 on the season following its 42-6 rout of Utah State on Saturday. Quarterback Joe Burrow became the first quarterback for LSU to throw for 300 yards or more in four consecutive games. Burrow threw five touchdowns in the win and finished with 344 yards. Burrow also rushed for 42 yards and one touchdown. Justin Jefferson caught two touchdown passes.
Florida starting quarterback Kyle Trask has thrown for 881 yards, seven touchdowns and two interceptions. Lamical Perine with 327 yards and four touchdowns leads all rushers for the Gators. Freddie Swain leads Florida in receiving with 280 yards and three touchdowns. David Reese II leads the Gators in tackles with 49.

Justin Jefferson leads all LSU receivers with 547 yards and seven touchdowns. Jacob Phillips leads the Tigers in tackles with 40.
