Duke at Middle Tennessee 9/14/19 - College Football Picks & Predictions

Duke opened up the year against Alabama. While the Blue Devils did end up losing the game, the Blue Devils were able to contain the very potent offense of the Crimson Tide as they only allowed 42 points on the day. The Blue Devils did put in 3 points in the loss. The second game was one that the Blue Devils were able to win as they played against North Carolina AT and won the game rather easily 45-13.

Middle Tennessee really played some great football on the opening game. The Blue Raiders only lost to the Michigan team by 19 points and actually contained the Wolverines offense until the game was starting to get closer to the end. The second game saw the Blue Raiders continue to have a strong showing on the year as they won the game over Tennessee State by a score of 45-26.

Asher O’Hara is the quarterback who has been able to lead the Blue Raiders in quarterback with a 44-62 from the air with 584 yards passed for and 6 scores, but he did throw a couple of picks. O’Hara is also the leading rusher for the Blue Raiders as well with 24 carries for 135 yards and a touchdown.
