The college football season is in full swing with the Colorado Buffaloes (1 - 0) taking to the road in order to square off against the hometown Nebraska Cornhuskers (0 - 0). Nebraska will be hosting this game at the Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, NE where the Cornhuskers will be heavily favored. This will be Nebraska's home opener for the season while Colorado looks to keep their momentum going with a tough road matchup.

The Colorado Buffaloes are taking the field just a week removed from blowing out CSU, 45 - 13. In that game, Colorado showcased the strong arm of QB Steven Montez (336 yards, 4 TDs, 1 INT) and he'll be in rhythm as he takes the field against Nebraska. Colorado will look to air the ball out but they'll have to do it against a Nebraska team that has a much tougher secondary than CSU. The Nebraska Cornhuskers will be taking the field a week after their season opener was canceled when they couldn't figure out a way to make their game work against Akron. Nebraska will be taking the field looking to get into their rhythm early with a loud home crowd ready to get loud. While Nebraska has some questions on offense, we're most focused on how the Cornhuskers are going to approach shutting down Colorado on the defensive side of the ball.
