Clemson at NC State 11/9/19 - College Football Picks & Predictions

The No. 4 ranked Clemson Tigers visit Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina on Saturday to play the North Carolina State Wolfpack. The Tigers improved to 9-0 with a resounding 59-14 victory over Wofford on Saturday. Trevor Lawrence led the Tigers with four touchdowns while Travis Etienne rushed for 212 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The win was Clemson’s 24th straight. 

North Carolina State fell to 4-4 on the season following its 44-10 loss to Wake Forest on Saturday. The Wolfpack trailed 34-10 at the half and were shutout during the second half. The Wolfpack defense could not stop the Demon Deacons offense and first-time starter quarterback Devin Leary could not generate any drives for NC State. Leary threw a pair of interceptions. 

Trevor Lawrence has passed for 1,809 yards, 17 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Travis Etienne has rushed for 890 yards and nine touchdowns. Tee Higgins leads all receivers with 588 yards and three touchdowns. The leading tackler for Clemson is Isaiah Simmons with 64.
