Buffalo at Temple 9/8/18 - College Football Picks & Predictions

Buffalo picked up a big win in the first game of the season. What is shocking is the fact the Bulls allowed Delaware State to actually score 10 points in the game. However, the Bulls offense was able to completely dominate in the game and that is what the Bulls were expecting to do.

With the Bulls the teams rushing attack was fairly lacking in the game against Delaware State as Johnathan Hawkins was the leading rusher with 8 carries for 37 yards. However, the passing attack of the Bulls was dominating in the game as Tyree Jackson threw the ball quite a bit with 17-27 and had 189 yards and 6 scores in the game. Temple is coming into this game after dropping a game to Villanova. The Wildcats were not expected to do much and playing the Owls was good challenge for the Wildcats, but amazingly the Owls were the team that ended up on the short side of the stick in the game.

A big issue for Temple was the fact the defense was unable to show up in the game and stop anyone for anything. The defense for the Owls gave up a total of 405 yards in the game. Offensively the Owl were only able to get a total of 251 yards in response in a very low scoring college game 19-17.
