Ball State at Indiana 9/15/18 - College Football Picks & Predictions

Ball State nearly knocked off Notre Dame last week, losing by eight points. The Cardinals get another shot at a Big 10 team this week when they play at Indiana. The question is whether the close loss to a top-tier team will give Ball State confidence, or whether it will deflate the team. Peyton Ramsey has passed for 306 yards, five touchdowns, and two interceptions.
