Last week, Austin Peay (0-2) trailed by 42 points at halftime of a 55-0 road loss against Pittsburgh. The Governors managed just one net yard rushing and turned the ball over three times in defeat.

Senior WR Baniko Harley led Austin Peay on offense with five catches for 83 yards. Junior QB Jeremiah Oatsvall completed seven of his 18 passes for 93 yards and an interception.

The 13th ranked Cincinnati Bearcats will make their 2020 season debut on Saturday and have a legitimate chance to reach the College Football Playoff. Third year head coach Luke Fickell has led his team to back-to-back 11 wins season and this could be his most talented roster yet. The Cincinnati defense returns ten starters from a unit that allowed 20.6 points a season ago.

The Bearcats do their damage on offense with a ground attack that ranked 25th in the nation in 2019. RB Michael Warren II left for the NFL, but dual-threat QB Desmond Ridder is back.
