The South Carolina Gamecocks have dropped two of their first three games for fifth year head coach Will Muschamp. On Saturday, South Carolina broke through with an impressive 41-7 road triumph against Vanderbilt. The Gamecocks dominated the Commodores on the ground by a 289-76 margin and forced two turnovers.

South Carolina RB Kevin Harris exploded for 171 yards rushing and two touchdowns on 21 attempts. Nick Muse contributed five catches for 85 yards on the afternoon.
