Arizona State at California 9/27/19 - NCAA Football Picks & Predictions

The Sun Devils are 3-1 on the season and head to California as a 4.5 underdog. Arizona State is 1-0 on the road with an impressive win at Michigan State 10-7. The Sun Devils have covered the spread in just one of their first four games to start the season.
